Deposits: For those reservations which are not cancelled within the stipulated date, the customer must pay a service charge of 50% of the total charge during peak period and 40% during off-peak periods. A service charge of 30% is applicable for those guests who check into the hotel but decide against staying soon after.
All reservations made ahead of the check-in date should be cancelled at least 14 days before the check-in date during peak period and five days during off-peak periods.
