The Grandview offers 1,2, & 3 bedroom, two bath deluxe condominiums on Seven Mile Beach near George Town. This beautiful beachfront property constructed in 1996 is modern and well-kept. There is a nicely manicured sandy beach with beachfront gazebo. Each condo offers a patio/veranda. Amenities include a beautifully landscaped oceanfront swimming pool with whirlpool, lighted tennis court and BBQ grill on property. Shopping, restaurants and water sports are also nearby. Each condo offers a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, a washer and dryer in the unit, complimentary internet access, telephone, TV, VCR and/or DVD, central a/c, daily bath towels, maid services (except on Sundays or Cayman holidays), linens and beach towels provided. |

Deposits: 3 night deposit at time of booking (50% holiday)
Payment Policies: Reservation and Payment Policy: A reservation will be accepted upon the receipt of a valid credit card number or a check equal to three (3) night’s rental. (50% deposit of total amount due is required at time of a Christmas/New Year’s booking.) Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year’s rentals) or will be subject to cancellation. You will receive a letter of receipt to give to our Cayman Manager along with last minute instructions. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due immediately. Checks should be made payable to “Cayman Condos”.
Cancellations: Cancellation Policy: Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, any amount already paid will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within thirty (30) days of your arrival, the deposit amount will be retained and any balance will be refunded.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in 3:00 pm Check-out 11:00 am No refunds for early departure or late arrival
Tax: 20% tax and surcharge
