Deposits: 25% of total stay must be paid upon booking the remainig balance to be paid upon arrival.
If cancellation notice is received more than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded back to the customer however 10% of the deposit will be retained as an administration fee for this service. If cancellation notice is received within the 7 days prior to arrival, no refund is available.
Payment Policies: All Bookings must be made with a credit card. We accept Visa or MC. All Rates are subjet to 9% PR Room Tax.
Arrival/Departure: Check in is at three pm. Checkout is at 11.30 am
