Deposits: A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to confirm reservations.
A cancellation charge of 2 nights will be charged for cancellations or change of dates made 30 days or less prior to the date of arrival.
During the Christmas /New Year Season (December 23 – January 4) 50% of the total accommodation payment is forfeited for cancellations 60 days or less prior to the arrival date.
Payment Policies: 10% service charge and 8% government tax.
