The Britannia Villas are centrally located off West Bay Road not far from the restaurants and duty-free shops of Camana Bay, The Strand, and Galleria Plaza. Britannia Villa guests can access spectacular Seven Mile Beach and the warmth of the Caribbean sun from one of the public beach entrances with closest access being from the Royal Palms Beach Club and Bar where beach chairs, umbrellas and cabanas can be rented out for the day as well as food and beverages purchased.
This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa which sleeps up to 8 persons is located on the canal way to the North Sound and is equipped with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave, cable TV, DVD, central A/C, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, balcony and clothes washer and dryer in unit. Daily bath towel service with every third day full service is provided except on Sundays, Cayman holidays or with most special promotions (services provided vary during the low season). Beach towels are provided.

Reservation and Payment Policy: A reservation will be accepted upon the receipt of a valid credit card number or a check equal to three (3) night’s rental. (50% deposit of total amount due is required at time of a Christmas/New Year’s booking.) Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year’s rentals) or will be subject to cancellation. You will receive a letter of receipt to give to our Cayman Manager along with last minute instructions. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due immediately. Checks should be made payable to “Cayman Condos”.
Cancellations: Cancellation Policy: Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, any amount already paid will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within thirty (30) days of your arrival, the deposit amount will be retained and any balance will be refunded. (Special cancellation policy applies for Christmas/New Year's reservations).
