It has queen size bed. Located in the common area of the complex are the laundry room and BBQ. Please enjoy any smoking outside.

Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 15 years!). Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time. Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone. If there is less than 90 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented. If we can not rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit. EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. In case of cancellation, notice must be received by ISLAND WEST PROPERTIES, INC. in writing by certified, return mail. No refunds for early check outs except when the island goes to official hurricane warning.
